15th Annual
Tour of Homes

The Ormond Beach Historical Society is proud to present the 2nd annual Virtual Tour of Homes. This year's tour features six beautiful Ormond Beach area homes, at dusk, fabulously decorated for the holidays. Homes range in age from 1897 to 2018 with an eclectic mix of design styles. Home sizes start at 400 square feet all the way up to 14,000 square feet!

The historic homes include the 400 square foot Nathan Cobb Cottage, built from a ship that ran aground on Ormond beach in 1897, which is preserved and owned by the Ormond Beach Historical Society. Also on our tour is a 1904 "sunpatch" cottage which features dual fireplaces and some of the original details. Always a hit, we have the Rowallan home on the tour again. It was built in the early 1900s and entertained Rockefeller in the day.

This year we are also featuring three modern homes. One of these is close to 14,000 square feet on over five acres of land. Another is a contemporary beauty, perfect for entertaining with its outdoor pizza oven. The third is another modern estate with five bedrooms on over nine acres of land.

Last year's tour received rave reviews from Volusia County residents as well as viewers in other states who received the tour as a gift. Don't miss out this year!

Thank you to the homeowners who allowed us to film in their wonderful homes; Dr. Tim & Catherine Root, Debbie Phillips, Joe & Julie Weber, Shawn Anderson & Dr. Hezi Cohen, and Jim & Mary Greenlees.
